Ingrediants:

Rice                              -        1 Cup 

Moong Dal                   -        1/2 Cup

Salt                              -        To Taste

Water                           -        5 Cup

Spices:

Ghee                              -        3 Tblspn

Cumin seeds              -        2 Tsp

Cashew Nuts               -        3 Tblspn

Green Chilli                -        3 Chopped

Ginger                         -        2 Tblspn Grated

pepper                         -        1 Tblspn

Curry Leaves               -        1 Sprig

Method:

 

Take All Your Ingrediants Add Curry Leaves

 

Heat Some Ghee In Pressure Cooker

 

Add In Rice And Dal

 

Fry For 5 Mins

 

Pour In Water And Salt

 

Bring That To Boil Cover And Cook

 

Till The Rice Is Cooked

 

Melt Some Ghee Add In Cashews

 

Then Ginger, Cumin Seeds, Green Chillies,Pepper And  Curry Leaves Fry For 1 Min

 

Add In The Rice And Dal Mixture Mix Well.I Stored It In Hot Case Now Ready Toserve
