PANEER MANCHURIAN RECIPE

Ingredients:

Paneer                   -        10-15 cubed

Maida                    -        2 cup

Corn flour              -        1 cup

Chilli powder         -        2-3 tsp

Salt                       -        as required

Water                    -        as required

Oil                         -        as required

Ginger                   -        2 -3 inch finely chopped

Garlic                    -        5-8 cloves finely chopped

Onion                    -        1 finely chopped

Tomato sauce        -        1 cup

Soy sauce              -        1 tbsp

Vinegar                  -        1 tbsp

Spring onion          -        2 finely chopped

Method:

Take a large mixing bowl and add maida and corn flour.

Now add chili powder and salt and mix well

Now slowly add water as required.

And make a smooth flowing consistency batter.

 

Now add cubed paneer with batter.

Then deep fry into hot oil till they turn golden brown drain the fried paneer on a kitchen paper to remove excess oil.

 

Take a large kadai add oil then add chopped ginger and garlic saute for a few minute.

Now add onions saute for a few minute.

Then add tomato sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, salt and chili powder saute for a minute.

Now add the deep fried paneer and chopped spring onion and mix well now ready to serve.
