Tomato - 1
Onion - 1
Lemon - 1/2
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Green Chilli - 1
Curd - 1/2 cup
Salt – to tast
Coriander Leaves - to garnish
Take all your ingredients
Slice the tomato into small pieces.
Peel off and slice the onion. Add to the tomato pieces.
Slice the green chillies and add to the onion and tomato slices.
Peel off the ginger and grate the same. Add this also along to the salad.
Add chopped coriander leaves to it.
Add the lemon juice to it.
Add salt to taste.
Add the curd and again mix well.
Tasty raita is ready. Transfer it to a serving dish.
