raw mango - 1
Onion - 3
Sugar - 1 Tablespoon
Mustard Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
Chilli Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Grated Coconut - 1 Tablespoon
sesame oil - 2 Tablespoons
Grate the raw mango and onions.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
When mustard seeds start to crackle, add grated onions.
When onions turn soft add grated Raw mango.
Add chili powder, salt, turmeric and grated coconut.
Mix everything together and cook for 4-5 min.
And sugar and mix.
