RAW MANGO SALAD

Ingredients

raw mango              -        1 cup, grated

Onion                       -        cup, thinly sliced

Salt                         -        to taste

Red Chilli Powder    -        ½ teaspoon

Cumin powder         -        ¼ teaspoon

Jaggery                   -        1 tablespoon

Method

take grated mangoes and onion in a bowl. Mix well.

add salt, red chili powder and jaggery.

mix well and keep in refrigerator for at least 20-30 minutes.

as it marinates, onion will get soften, will leave some water and becomes so juicy.
