Raw Banana - 1 ½Cup
Red chilly powder - 1 Tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ Tsp
Green Chilli - 3
Curd - 1 Cup
Water - 2 Cups
Coconut oil - 2 Tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Whole red chilly - 3
Curry Leaves - 1 Spring
Grated Coconut - 1 Cup
shallots - 5
Cumin seeds - 1Tsp
Take raw banana in an earthen pan.
Cook it by adding red chilly powder, turmeric powder, green chilly
by adding some water.
cook for few min
Mean time grind grated coconut, shallots and cumin with some water.
Pour this to cooked vegetables.
Mix well, adjust salt and let it boil.
Transfer curd to it when curry start boil.
Mix well and switch off the flame. No need to boil it after adding curd.
Heat coconut oil in a pan.
Splutter mustard seeds, then add whole red chilly and curry leaves.
Pour this to our pulissery and mix well.
Now ready to your raw banana curd curry.
