BITTER GOURD

Ingredients:

Bitter gourd                 -        2 Large

Salt                              -        2 Tblspn

Turmeric Powder         -        1 Tsp

Chilli Powder                -        1 Tblspn

Salt                                -        A Pinch

Garam masala   Powder -        1 Tblspn

Gram Flour                    -        1/2 Cup

Rice Flour                      -        1/2 Cup

Coconut oil                -        For Deep Frying

Method:

 

Take Few Bittergourd

Slice Them Thinly

 

Place That In A Colander Sprinkle Some Salt And Turmeric Powder

 

Massage It Really Well All Over Bittergourd Leave It To Rest For 15 Mins

 

This Is How It Looks After 15 Mins Now Rinse Them Well And Set Aside So The Water Drains Off

 

Now Take Them In A Bowl Sprinkle Some Salt, Add Little Salt, Because Even After You Wash There May Be Some Salt In The Bitter Gourds

 

Add In Chilli Powder

 

Add In Garam Masala Powder

 

Now Add A Good Amount Of Gram Flour . And Some Rice Flour

 

Mix That Well

 

Deep Fry In Hot Oil Fry Till It Is Crispy And Golden .Drain And Serve
