Cooking of Prawns

Prawn                                    -        250Gms

Red Chilli Powder                   -        1Tsp

Turmeric powder                   -        1Pinch

Black pepper powder             -        1Pinch

Garam Masala powder           -        1/4 Tsp

Ginger crushed                     -        1Tsp

Garlic                                   -        1Tsp

For Masala

Onion                                   -        1 Cup

Ginger crushed                    -        1 Tsp

Garlic crushed                     -        1 Tsp

Green chilli                          -        3

Curry Leaves                      -        1 spring

Salt                                     -        as needed

Other Ingredients

Gram Flour                         -        1/2 Cup

All purpose flour                  -        1 Tsp

Red Chilli Powder                -        ½ Tsp

Baking soda

Coconut oil                        -        for deep fry


Take prawns in an earthen pan.

To this add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, garam masala powder,

Add crushed ginger, garlic and salt.

Mix well

and Pour some water.

Cook it in a medium flame.

 Heat oil in a pan.

Roast onion, ginger crushed, garlic crushed and green chilly.

Roast it for 1 minute.

Transfer cooked prawns to it.

Mix well with masala.

Let it cool.

Take prawns masala,

add all purpose flour,

add baking soda

and add  gram flour to it

mix well.

Keep it for 1 hour.

Heat oil in a pan



and deep fry it.

Now ready to your  prawns pakoda.
