Ingredients

Cleaned dry Prawn              -        1 Cup

Grated Coconut                    -        1 Cup

Whole red chilly                   -        8

Ginger                                 -        1 Inch piece

Shallots                               -        4

Tamarind                            -        1 Small gooseberry sized

Curry Leaves                       -        1 Spring

Salt                                      -        as needed

Method

Dry roast the dry red chilly

and roast cleaned dry prawns

 for 7-8 minutes on low flame separately. Keep it aside.

  ginger, shallots, tamarind,

Add whole red chilly

Grind well

Add grated coconut, curry leaves,

And add dried prawns by using grinder. Add salt if needed.

Grind

 

Now ready to your dry prawns thogayal.
