Mango pulp - 1 cup
Hot Milk - 1 cup
Cold Milk - 2 cups
Rolled oats - 1/2 cup
Dates - 5 to 6
Honey - 1/4 cup
Ground Cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
Dry fry the oats for 3 to 4 min,
until they become light brown in color.
Wash and deseed the dates.
Soak in hot milk for 10 min or until mushy.
Transfer the dates, oats to the food processor and add in the mango pulp, honey, cinnamon powder and milk to it and grind it.
NOW TO READY MANGO OATS MILK SHAKE.!
