HEALTH BENEFITS:

Tamarillo is an inherent to Andes which grows on a small trees or shrubs. Nowadays it is cultivated in Darjeeling, USA, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Sikkim and Australia. It has yellow, orange and red color with sweet or acetous flavor. It is 2-4 inches in length. Tamarillo is loaded with Vitamins and Iron with low calories. Some health benefits of Tamarillo are as follows:

1. Vitamins

Tamarillo is loaded with Vitamin C, A, E and pro-vitamin A. It is also rich in thiamine, niacin and riboflavin, protein, calcium, sodium, carbohydrates, fat and potassium.
